2007 Rider Comments


Over the last 9 years I have ridden dozens of rides & this one takes top honors! Thanks again for sharing the northwest's best kept cycling secret & putting on such a great ride.

Didn't have to call on the ride support vehicles, but saw them lots & were glad to know they were there.

Excellent!! Thank you so much for having vegetarian fare @ every stop.

Being from out of town,,,,heck, out of STATE! I especially liked the ability to leave the car in the lot & know it was safe. I came in very late Friday night & was not the only rider to be catching a few hrs sleep before the ride began. Appreciated not having to pay for a motel for just a few hrs.

Thanks for helping me get out on some roads & routes that I've wanted to do since forever. Thanks for the massive amount of donated time it took to bring this event to live. Just plain thanks. Good cause, good event, good people.

The after ride shower was a great bonus. Though I was driving solo back to OR, it was sure nice to be clean.

Terrific food—especially fresh fruits, yogurt.

We had a flat on I-5—& I was impressed that 2 of your support vehicles stopped to make sure we were ok. We were fine, but it was nice to know help was near by.

Stops were @ great locations with wonderful views & the people were enthusiastic & friendly & music was so much fun.

Course was well marked, Dan Henry's were very visable.

It was a hard ride for me & I appreciated the ice cream & the noise @ the end.

Everytime I stopped to take a picture, it didn't take long for a support vehicle to come by & ask "is everything ok?" Made me feel guilty for stopping. :-)

The 1st food stop was AWESOME. I've done quite a few rides this year but this was the best food I've had.

I would like to THANK you for having a spare (helmet) available. That was good thinking.

The people @ the finish stayed late so that I could shower too!

Food was better than any ride I've ever experienced—but I'm sure you know this about your event.

Every time I stopped for anything (never had a problem), someone was checking to see if I was ok. Now that is impressive ride support.

Thanks again for organizing a great ride. I'll be back next year.

The start line was very good from our perspective. Not crowded, very laid back.

The rest stops were well manned, & everyone was good spirited, & helpful

The route was great & more challenging than I thought it would be. Way to put that killer hill @ the end, it drained me.

I enjoyed the RAPSody ride very much & found it to be not only picturesque but well planned. I did it in a day without any hang-ups, & just make it in after 8 (PM). I plan on doing it again next year!
